Interior Designer & Creative Director
Justine Brown has been transforming interiors for over 15 years, creating spaces that are both beautiful and personal. Her interior styling work has been featured in leading lifestyle magazines, including Vogue, Belle, Inside Out, Home Beautiful and internationally, Elle Decoration UK.
Earlier in her career, Justine worked as Fashion Director for Cosmopolitan magazine and other youth titles as well as styling the fashion pages of Good Weekend and Country Road Homewares catalogues. This experience shaped her distinctive eye for composition, texture and detail- some of the qualities that continue to define her interior work today. Through ChocolateBrown Interiors, Justine partners closely with clients to create homes that are functional, considered and beautifully resolved. Each project is tailored to reflect the way her clients live, resulting in spaces that feel effortless, inviting and uniquely their own.

Designing and renovating one room or multiple spaces within a home and project managing the design process from initial concept plans through to completion of the project. We work with a great team of suppliers who provide quality workmanship for all our clients.

We bring new life to your home through considered and personalised styling. Beginning with a tailored Styling plan we curate and source furniture, soft furnishings, lighting, artwork and finishing touches to create a cohesive and beautifully resolved space. We take care of the details so the process feels seamless and effortless.

We are able to provide a Materials schedule that includes, tiles, joinery materials, hard and soft furnishings (inside and out) colours, bench tops, fixtures and fittings, door hardware etc to complement any existing scheme or to assist when beginning a new renovation. This ensures our houses look considered and designed and unified throughout.

Joinery can add a beautiful dimension to any home. We are able to provide you with a new design to upgrade storage areas including bar cabinets, built in wardrobes, dining nooks and builtin fireplaces.

We offer tailored and timeless interior and exterior colour consultations from individual rooms to complete homes. We create cohesive colour palettes and provide clear specifications, making the process simple for both you and your painter.
